The country is so beautiful and the people is so friendly, less ski terrance than places like Switzerland, Austria, but the snow was good for the time of year, sunshine everyday. We stayed for a romantic few days at the Black Mountain Bespoke Breaks in Wales, right on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. We did an amazing walk in the Waterfall country in Wales - its a 3-4 hour walk going up and down with amazing views. It was about 8km in total. We recommend to do this walk in the morning from 10am the afternoon from 1pm got really busy with people. One question, we are staying in Avoriaz, and we are doing the circuit the other way around. So how do I come from the end of the lift Port du Soleil, to the next lift foilleuse? I can’t seem to figure it out
Hi Viesh, that is a tricky area, they have loads of button lifts. I think I did from the Portes du Soleil, then Cogs -1&2 up then next ski lift is Le Corbeau up then ski down to Chalet Neuf 1&2 you can go both ways on this one, then you can ski down or use lift Culet-1&2 goes both ways but you should see signs to Morgin by now and just follow that, you need to walk over to the other mountain or take the bus that runs there, I walk and ski some of the way. Then up to La Folleuse this was a very nice run, wish I can do it again the other way around.

thanks for sharing, we spent 3 winters skiing this region years ago in the 90s, fabulous runs and snow, we were Morgin based and skied here everyday...I miss this so much

It’s a long drag down to Morgins and seems to take forever.
Yes it’s the longest run in the area, it is easy, long and beautiful run to relax and enjoy! I have other routes to Morgins that is more exciting

This is in Switzerland, these runs is on the border but you don't leave Switzerland at all. You can go from Les Crosets to France

Hi, this was in 14 March 2020 - just a view days before the border got shut. Last holiday I have been on, should be there in March again, but this is not going to happen now with covid. Next year 2022 I hope to be there again. Thanks for watching
I went there once by accident took the wrong turn and found myself on a long straight line 😂 but it’s actually now one of my favorite places to ski (the view on the run is incredible)

I worked in Chantel in the 86/87 season. I did the circuit both ways in one day including the wall. Good time. It can only be done if you are on your own. No waiting for anyone.
